Residents of Arch Beach Heights enjoy Moulton Meadows Park amenities which include a soccer field, barbecue, picnic tables, tennis courts, basketball courts, parcourse, playground, and restrooms.
The community-neighborhood of Arch Beach Heights is also located right next to the state hiking trails of Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park. This state park is designated as a wildlife sanctuary and consists of approximately 4,500 acres of wilderness and natural open space land with over 30 miles of official trails.
The Arch Beach Heights community-neighborhood is well known for its custom built, ocean view properties and architectural styles including Traditional, Craftsman, Mediterranean, and Contemporary. Because of the location of the Arch Beach Heights community-neighborhood, many of the homes offer spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean as well as Catalina Island.
Just below Arch Beach Heights, on the other side of South Coast Highway, is where you will find Victoria Beach. Victoria Beach is home to the medieval-looking tower, built in 1926, that is still a favorite local and tourist attraction.
