The Creekside Condos are on Westly Drive in South Laguna Beach. They lie between the neighborhoods of Laguna Ocean Vista, Aliso Laguna, and Coast Royal.  The Creeekside Condos are in the hills of Laguna.  The ocean and city lights views are spectacular.

Creekside is near The Ranch, Aliso Beach Park, The Montage, and Treasure Island Park.

The Creekside Condos are gated. They are two and three-bedroom units. They have patios, assigned underground parking, and a private beach-access trail. HOA monthly dues are approx $300 – $500.

Creekside is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
