Emerald Bay Beach Laguna Beach

Emerald Bay is in North Laguna Beach, California.  The homes of Emerald Bay are on both the beach and the bluff sides of North Coast Highway. A tunnel running under North Coast Highway connects both sides of the neighborhood, as well as, connecting the bluff side residents with the ocean. Emerald Bay is a private beach, for residents only. The only way the public may enter the beach is by way of the ocean.
