Negotiating Real Estate Transactions
Negotiating Real Estate Transactions
As our marketing campaigns begins and we start getting interest in your home, we begin the negotiations immediately.
This is a very crucial stage. We may be presented with purchase offers that only partially fit your selling needs. We know the price is a major factor but here are a few more aspects that will need decided upon as well.
- Has the buyer been pre-qualified to purchase your home? We do not want to take the home off the market until we know we have a pre-qualified buyer. Our in-house lender, Treasury Funds Home Loans, will screen every buyer for their credit and purchase worthiness prior to accepting an offer.
- Does the length of escrow work with your moving plans? We will be working very hard to make sure multiple closings, if applicable, are concurring.
- After the buyers’ initial walk through, are their repair requests (if any) reasonable? Our in-house contractor, Beach Cities Restoration, will help us during all stages from preparing your home for sale to closing your home sale.
- Community Partners Realty, Inc. has been negotiating successful home sales for over 30 years. We understand how to best work with sellers, buyers, and agents in an efficient and timely manner to a mutually benefiting close. This is how we can say that 97% of our business is either repeat or referral brought to us by our satisfied sellers and/or buyers.
