The Blue Lagoon community consists of oceanfront and ocean view townhomes in South Laguna Beach, California. They are known as The Villas at Blue Lagoon. The Villas offer resort-like living on the sands of Laguna Beach. Blue Lagoon lies between the communities of Lagunita and the Montage Ocean Estates.

The residents of Blue Lagoon are just steps from Victoria Beach which is where you will find the 90-year old “Pirate Tower” that is still a huge tourist attraction.

There is a trolley stop right out front of the Blue Lagoon neighborhood. This is where residents and visitors can take advantage of the free, seasonal, trolley that runs along Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.

The Villas at Blue Lagoon are in a private and gated community. They were built in 1964 and range from two to three bedrooms.  The square footage ranges from approximately 1300 square feet to 2000 square feet.

The HOA is approximately $700 per month.  The community amenities include beach access, guest parking, 2 heated swimming pools, a tennis court, and 2 club houses.

The Blue Lagoon community is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
