The Coast Royal neighborhood is across the street from Aliso Beach Park in South Laguna Beach, California. This community is in the hills of Laguna providing spectacular ocean views.

Residents of Coast Royal are close to West Street, Table Rock, and Thousand Steps Beaches as well as Aliso Beach Park.

Coast Royal is just north of the community of South Laguna Village.

This community is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
