Laguna Lido Condos Laguna Beach are on Totuava Beach between Table Rock and Thousand Steps Beaches, in South Laguna Beach.

Lido lies between the sea-side communities of South Laguna Village and Three Arch Bay.

Built in 1963.  There are 48 units ranging from 1028 – 1339 square feet.  Laguna Lido complex is 2 separate buildings.  The lower of the two buildings is on the sand.  The upper building is just above and overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean.  Residents of Laguna Lido have a private elevator directly to the beach.  Laguna Lido amenities include private garages, heated swimming pool, deck, gym, steam room, gaming room, and 24/7 on-site management.

Lido is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary or Top of the World Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
