Three Arch Bay Laguna Beach

Three Arch Bay is a guard-gated seaside community in South Laguna Beach, California.  It has its very own private cove known as Mussel Cove.  The high bluffs behind the cove separate it from the other beaches.  The homes of Three Arch are on both the ocean side and the bluff side of Coast Highway.

This is Laguna’s southernmost neighborhood and lies just north of Dana Point and south of the South Laguna Village neighborhood.

These homes are either oceanfront, ocean view, or beach close. The houses range in size and style.

The community amenities include 24-hour security, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, clubhouse, and a park.  Residents also have direct access to one of the most spectacular private beaches on the West Coast.

Three Arch is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
