Smithcliffs Laguna Beach

Smithcliffs Laguna Beach is a sea-side neighborhood in North Laguna Beach, California. It sits on the bluff right between the neighborhoods of Emerald Bay and Crown Point.  This is a gated community consisting of approximately 20 oceanfront or ocean view homes.

Smithcliffs is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
