Canyon Laguna Beach

The Canyon neighborhood is in Laguna Canyon, Laguna Beach, California.

This area is one of the more rural areas of Laguna Beach.  Some of the homes in this area may have larger lots.

Some of these homes are built high up in the canyon and have ocean, canyon, and city lights views.

Taking Laguna Canyon Road down to Coast Highway leads you right to the North end of Laguna Beach as well as the Village and Downtown areas.

Residents of the Canyon area are also close to the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park access points.

This neighborhood is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
