Crown Point Laguna Beach

Crown Point Laguna Beach neighborhood is in the North end of Laguna.  It sits between the neighborhoods of Smithcliffs and The Coves, on the ocean side of Coast Highway.  This neighborhood sits on the bluffs above the Pacific Ocean and offers spectacular views.  It consists of a variety of single family homes, condos, and also apartments.

It sits between two ocean-side parks, Smithscliffs View Park and Crescent Bay Point Park.

This northern section of Laguna Beach has close access to Laguna Canyon Rd, as another way in and out of the city.

The neighborhood of Crown Point is zoned for Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently El Morro Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
