Portafina Laguna Beach

Portafina sits in the hills of South Laguna.  It is at Nyes Place and South Coast Highway.  It is between the neighborhoods of Arch Beach Heights and Upper Victoria Beach.  The homes range in size, many of them are larger and sit on larger lots than much of the surrounding areas.

Because of its location on the hillside of Laguna, the residents of Portafina enjoy amazing ocean views.

The Portafina community is in the Laguna Beach Unified School District.   The schools are currently Top of the World Elementary, Thurston Middle, and Laguna Beach High.  Please check with school district for up-to-date accuracy.
